See who YOU picked!
Recently at an IIFA event, Shahid Kapoor said candidly that he was a huge fan of Hrithik Roshan's dancing skills.
So we asked you, dear readers, who YOU thought was the best dancer in the movies.
While the responses were rife with the usual suspects, we spotted a few interesting names in there as well!
Here's taking a look.
Ranveer Singh
Whether it's dancing, acting or action, the Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram-Leela actor has proved his all-round versatility.
Ranveer's trademark restive energy comes in handy especially in dance sequences, as is evidenced by foot-tapping numbers from almost all his films.

Bollywood's golden boy at the moment, Ranbir Kapoor was a class act in songs like Badtameez Dil, Balam Pichkari, Dilliwali Girlfriend and Ghagra (above) in his blockbuster Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani.
His exceedingly rowdy act in Abhinav Kashyap's ill-fated Besharam was a big hit too.
Hrithik Roshan, ever since he made his acting debut in 2000, has been constantly hailed as one of the best dancers of his time.
Considering how almost all his films feature at least one serious dance number to exploit his exemplary skills, it's tough to ignore this one.
Shahid Kapoor may have had little luck at the box office in his career so far but his chocolate boy looks and his killer dance moves have a devoted fan following of their own.
He may have settled in as a director, churning out one hit film after another.
But Prabhu Dheva's fans still remember and idolise him as a choreographer par excellence.
We saw glimpses of his brilliance in Remo D'Souza's Any Body Can Dance recently.
Interestingly, one of our readers dared up to put a name from down South.
And we are happy to rise to the challenge.
So here we have Telugu heartthrob Allu Arjun, showing off his youthful side with his dance moves.
The hero who, along with Bappi Lahiri, unleashed the disco dance revolution on the country, has also been listed by our readers.
Proof that a legend always stands the test of time, no matter what.
The original dancing star and arguably the most talented ever, Govinda made the 1990s memorable with his back-to-back hit films, comedy and those killer moves on the dance floor.
Unbeatable to this day, if we may say so.
And what list of dancers would be complete without Hindi films' Jumping Jack?
His colour coordinated clothes, the setting of his songs and the props used in them may make little sense to us but he is undeniably entertaining to watch.
And just for kicks, and also because you brought him up in the list, we have Sunny paaji.
What he lacks in skill, he makes up for with his enthusiasm and endearing naivety.
Always fun to see this veteran bust a move or two.
