Nostalgia is a wonderful thing.
More so if we revisiting cinema history through anecdotes, trivia, pictures, the works.
So it's a rare pleasure when we chance upon old pictures related to films that tell us stories about the era they were taken in.
Here, we dug up some memorable pictures from our archives and beyond. Take a look!
Shabana Azmi
Veteran actress and social activist Shabana Azmi recently shared this lovely picture of herself on Twitter and wrote, "My 1st photoshoot for Filmfare by Dhiraj Chawda found in the archives by Veejay sai."

This picture from the sets of Dil Hai Ki Maanta Nahi shows a much younger and animated Aamir Khan pose for pictures with director Mahesh Bhatt and actor Pooja.
The film released 1991 and was Pooja Bhatt's second film as a leading lady after Daddy.
The Big B had once shared this picture from the sets of his 1978 film Trishul on his official Facebook page.
