It wasn't surprising, then, to see these women take centre-stage at the unveiling of Swarovski Gems' special Gem Visions India Project 2012. The event took plave over the weekend at the Renaissance Hotel in Powai, a Mumbai suburb, on Sunday.

Actress Kajol was at the do -- to cheer kid sister Tanisha, perhaps? She wore a jumpsuit to the event and pulled it off too.
