Pix: Ranbir, Shreyas seek Ganpati's blessings

Ranbir Kapoor visited the Ganesh idol at RK Studios in Chembur on Sunday morning to seek blessings for the release of his forthcoming film Rockstar.

The film is slated to release on November 11.

Ranbir was joined by the film's director Imtiaz Ali. After offering their prayers to Lord Ganesha, they placed the film's music CD at his feet for blessings.

Ranbir wasn't the only Kapoor present at the occasion. Uncles Rajeev and Randhir joined dad Rishi Kapoor in the celebrations too.

Shreyas Talpade was among the thousands of Ganesha devotess to pay respects at Chembur with wife Deepti. He even danced with the other revellers as the procession carried the idol for visarjan later.

Throught the 10 days of celebrations, Bollywood celebs paid their respects and brought the deity home.

Shilpa Shetty visited the Siddhivinayak temple with hubby Raj Kundra and parents earlier last week.

Earlier in the week, Amitabh Bachchan visited Lalbaug Cha Raja to pray.

Virar lad Govinda celebrated Ganesh Chaturthi like the other Mumbaikars too. His son Yash stood by his side.

Bipasha Basu sang devotional songs with other devotess during an aarti.
