One of the most high profile weddings of the year, Kareena Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan's nuptials were marked with several ceremonies and elaborate bridal outfits.

Here's looking at the dazzling dresses Kareena donned for the many wedding parties for the week-long celebrations.

Sangeet ceremony

The Heroine actress dazzled in an orange and gold Manish Malhotra lehenga and hair adorned with fragrant flowers for the sangeet ceremony that kickstarted the celebrations on October 14.

The registered marriage

The radiant bride opted for a simple Manish Malhotra salwar kameez, befitting the low-key registered marriage that took place at Saif's Bandra residence on October 16.

The Wedding

The actress wore a more conservative attire, a traditional gharara once reportedly worn by Sharmila Tagore on her own wedding day, for the couple's glitzy wedding at the Taj Mahal Palace hotel in Mumbai.

The Reception

The actress later slipped into a deep red embroidered lehenga created by Manish Malhotra for the reception party that followed the wedding ceremony.

Kareena partied the night away with sister Karisma and cousin Ranbir Kapoor.

Flying to New Delhi

The new and visibly tired bride hid her eyes behind a pair of oversized sunglasses as she arrived at the Mumbai airport to board a flight to Delhi.

The Daawat-E-Walima, held later that day, was attended by powerful politicians and the capital's swish set.

The Reception

At the Delhi reception, Kareena posed with sister Karisma and cousin Riddhima Kapoor Sahani.

She wore a gharara created by Manish Malhotra for the occasion.
