For producer Ekta Kapoor, the world is her oyster.
After an incredibly successful stint as television czarina, she's graduated to the silver screen with remarkable ease and is heading the team of new-age film producers who are radically assimilating commercial success with meaningful content in Indian cinema.
You'd think such an achiever would be impeccable in her sartorial choices too. Sadly, that's not the case with Ekta Kapoor.
The producer is caught in a rut as far as her wardrobe is concerned and is infamous for parading awful outfits at red carpets and social dos. Take a look.
Not so Gr8
Ekta attended the Gr8! Women awards on Wednesday in a black dress.
Despite the weird drape we'd say that this is a serious improvement for her. Check out her other pictures and you'll know what we are talking about.
At Riteish Deshmukh and Genelia D'Souza's glitzy wedding, Ekta wore a sari which was quite refreshing but the drape and that velvet blouse ruined the look.
And we have lost count of the number of times she's worn her trusty yet ugly platforms.
She attended Sanjay Dutt's success party for Agneepath in a Malini Ramani dress as she was escorted by Dino Morea.
The dress was seen before too when Ekta attended the staging of Rohan Sippy's musical Love And All That Jazz in December last year.
The producer attended her own party as she celebrated the success of her film Shor In The City in this completely unflattering outfit with her most favoured drape and design.
It was a breather to at least see the platforms gone for a while.
The dress made another appearance in a different colour when Ekta attended the success bash of The Dirty Picture.
And the platform sandals were back.
Ekta attended the Balaji awards early last year in yet another dress with her favourite design. It seemed more appropriate for an evening on the beach.
Yet another Malini Ramani dress. Ekta wore it to the music launch of her film Ragini MMS last year.
For Stardust Awards this year, Ekta tried to keep it simple with a black Malini Ramani dress.
Only her simple spells boring.
Celebrating yet another filmi success, Ekta Kapoor invited the One Upon A Time In Mumbaai team for a party.
While the leading ladies of the film came all dressed up, looks like Ekta herself just threw on a jacket on a dress as an afterthought.
