Bollywood stars put on their finest designer wear at the 58th Filmfare awards, held at the Yash Raj Studios in Andheri, a western Mumbai suburb.
Held on January 20, the awards show -- hosted by Filmfare favourites Saif Ali Khan and Shah Rukh Khan -- honoured some of the most deserving artists from 2012.
Kahaani and Barfi! emerged as the big winners of the night.
Deepika Padukone was the undisputed showstopper on the red carpet in a risque cutout Prabal Gurung gown.

While Barfi! star Priyanka Chopra upped the ante in a shiny Armani Prive number and dark cherry lipstick, her costar in the film Ileana D'Cruz struck gold in her metallic outfit.
The Anurag Basu film scooped up an astounding seven awards -- Best Production Design, Best Background Score, Best Music Director (for Pritam), Sony Trendsetter Of The Year Award, Best Film, Best Actor for Ranbir Kapoor and Best Debut (Female) for D'Cruz.
Best Actor winner Ranbir Kapoor and Lootera star Ranveer Singh played to the gallery in their signature styles as they arrived for the awards show.
Sridevi, whose comeback film English Vinglish received The Best Debutante Director nod for Gauri Shinde, took the plunge with a striking Alberta Ferretti gown, as she joined husband Boney Kapoor on the red caroet.
It pays off to take risks.
The star of the night, Vidya Balan -- whose Kahaani was the second biggest winner of the night with five awards including the Best Actor Female nod for Balan and Best Director for Sujoy Ghosh -- posed happily along side new husband Siddharth Roy Kapur.
The film also won Best Sound Design for Sanjay Maurya and Allwin Rego, Best Editing for Namrata Rao and Best Cinematography for Setu.
Madhuri Dixit hopped on the glam brigade in a sequinned Alberto Makali gown.
She was joined by husband Dr Sriram Nene.
Rekha lent her golden charm to the red carpet in her unmistakable sartorial style.
The actress was spotted catching up with Sridevi and Madhuri at the do.
Keeping with the norm for the evening, actresses Chitrangada Singh and Alia Bhatt took a detour with ethnic outfits, for an awards night, with extraordinary results.
Vicky Donor star Ayushmann Khurrana escorted his wife Tahira Kashyap to the do and posed for pictures with costar Yami Gautam.
The former veejay took home his first Filmfare award -- Best Playback Singer for Pani da rang from Vicky Donor.
While Khurrana also picked up the Best Debutant Male award, Juhi Chaturvedi picked up the Best Story award for the film and Annu Kapoor won the Best Supprting Actor Male award.
Anurag Kashyap's lead actors from Gangs Of Wasseypur -- Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Huma Qureshi and Richa Chaddha -- took to the red carpet like pros.
Chaddha took home the Best Actor Female (Critics) trophy for her fiesty Nagma in the film.
The film also won the Best Dialogue award for Anurag Kashyap, Akhilesh Jaiswal, Sachin K Ladia and Zeishan Qadri and the Best Film (Critics) award.
Karan Johar was spotted arriving for the show.
Irrfan Khan, who won the Best Actor (Critics) award for Paan Singh Tomar, arrived solo.
The film also received the Best Screenplay ward for Sanjay Chouhan and Tigmanshu Dhulia.
Actresses Shahana Goswami and Shruti Haasan show off their slender frames with sheer and black.
Joining in the sheer and black brigade for the night were actresses Neha Dhupia, Sonal Chauhan and Parineeti Chopra.
Parineeti's Ishaqzaade costar Arjun Kapoor was accompanied by sister Anshula Kapoor.
Veteran filmmakers Ramesh Sippy and David Dhawan with their significant others -- Kiran Juneja and Karuna Dhawan respectively.
Starlets Payal Rohatgi and Amrita Rao make their presence felt at the red carpet.
Sonali Bendre arrived with husband Goldie Behl while Dia Mirza was joined by beau Sahil Sangha.
