Hollywood actor Paul Walker, who helped catapult the The Fast And The Furious film franchise to international stardom, passed away in a freak car accident in Santa Clarita on December 1.
Several of his friends and colleagues took to Twitter to pay tributes and offer condolences.
Vin Diesel, star of the Fast And Furious series and Walker's costar, wrote: 'Brother, I will miss you very much. Heaven has gained a new angel. Rest in peace.'

'We aimed for the stars together....and achieved more than we ever hoped we could with F&F,' the action star added.

Walker's Into The Blue costar Jessica Alba updated on her Twitter page: '#RIPPaulWalker -he was a lovely person -so sweet and grounded. My heart goes out to his family.'
That 70s Show actor Wilmer Valderrama wrote: 'Heartbreaking!! One of the most genuine & humble people I have EVER met in this industry.. A TERRIBLE loss, be at peace.'
Dwayne Johnson, another one of Walker's Fast And Furious costars, wrote, 'All my strength, love & faith to the Walker family during this heartbreaking time. We find our strength.. in his light. Love you brother.'
Pop star Rihanna updated, 'Very Very sad news...I'm so heartbroken about this!,' with an Instagram picture of a news item reporting Walker's demise.
Rush actress Olivia Wilde wrote, 'Heavy heavy heart tonight. Paul Walker was a genuinely good, sweet, kind, laid back, loving person. Sending much love to his family.'
Rapper-actor Ludacris, also a part of the hit film franchise's cast, shared a sorrowful remembrance with his Twitter followers with a Thanksgiving pictures from one of the film's sets.
He wrote, 'Your humble spirit was felt from the start, wherever you blessed your presence you always left a mark, we were like brothers & our birthdays are only 1 day apart, now You will forever hold a place in all of our hearts @paulwalker legacy will live on forever. R.I.P.'
Singer-actor Tyrese, another one of Walker's Fast And Furious costar, posted a picture of himself with the late star on Instagram and wrote:
'My heart is hurting so bad no one can make me believe this is real Father God I pray that you send clarity over this cause I just don't understand My heart hurts it's broken no one can convince me that this is real...
'Prayer warriors please pray real hard for his only child, his daughter and family... #HeartOfAnAngel13YrsFamilyForeverWeJustCelebreatedYour40thBirthday..... My God... My God... I can't believe I'm writing this.'
Rapper 50 cent shared a picture of himself with Walker with an accompanying tribute.
It said, 'RIP PAUL WALKER my prayers go out to his family and love ones God Bless.'
Actors James Franco, Zoey Saldana and ALysa Milano also expressed grief at the sad news.
