They're back, and what could be better than the original trio of Siddharth, Omi and Jomo in Sai Paranjpye's 1981 classic? The film has been digitally remastered and will hit theatres the same day as David Dhawan's remake, and -- in our opinion -- should give the new film some serious competition.
The jokes are as great as ever, the feeling is fresh and that sparkling cast -- Farooque Sheikh, Ravi Baswani, Rakesh Bedi, Deepti Naval and the unforgettable Saeed Jaffrey -- takes fantastic writing and makes it magical.
The trailer is barely a minute and a half long, and yet it brings back so much hilarious nostalgia, from Ms Chamko to the various 'flashbacks' to the often moronic men -- not to mention the sight of Leela Mishra looking through a copy of Playboy.
