Model-turned-actress Mink Brar will enter the Bigg Boss house as this season's wild card contestant this weekend.
The starlet, who was first launched by Dev Anand in his 2003 film, Pyaar Ka Tarana, has worked on reality shows like Dancing Queen, Zor Ka Jhatka and Sarkar Ki Duniya.
Mink tells Rajul Hegde she will add zing to the show:
Are you entering the show for the visibility?
Yes. It is one of the biggest reality TV shows. Since it is parivarik (meant for family audiences), I decided to come on the show. Had the offer come to me last year, I wouldn't have taken part. I intend to make the atmosphere as light as possible. I want to show my real side to everyone.
How do you like Bigg Boss this season?
Bigg Boss is being projected as a family show this year; it has become way too proper as the contestants are very controlled. None of them are having fun, nor are they showing their true colours. I want to go and add zing to the show. Hopefully, I will bring in some positive energy in the house.
Which housemate would you like to change?
Navjot Singh Siddu is the seniormost and the respected housemate. I have watched him on various channels and he brings out so much life but here he is different. I will discuss this with him. I will try and make him understand that he cannot change the terms and conditions of the game, as he was given the rules before entering the house.
I was shocked to see some of his reactions on certain matters, especially because he has been in politics.
Who, do you think, is the most dangerous person in the house?
Sapna Bhavnani. She is trying to grab attention by way of antics and drama, which is getting irritating. She is a wild cat and somebody who misinterprets innocent comments. It's better to avoid her but I will talk to her as long as she is nice to me. If she can argue with the host (Salman Khan), she can turn tables any time.
Who is the sweetest person?
Delnaz Paul. She has a good heart, and is emotional.
I have heard Aashka Goradia is very different in real life. But in the show, she cries at a drop of the hat.
Last year, a leaked video of you kissing another girl created a lot of buzz. Are you going to clear that on the show?
I am not entering the show to clear my past controversies. That was something was blown out of proportion. We were a group of 15 boys and girls, playing a truth and dare game. It was a harmless thing.
Somebody asked me whether I was lesbian. I was so fed up clarifying my stance that I just told him, yes.
But later, I set the record straight and said I was straight. I get attracted to men.
