Meg Ryan is all set to make her directorial debut with a reunion film titled Inti The Beautiful. The film focuses on a reunion between old friends and is from a script written by Anne Meredith. She has no plans to take on a role herself.

Producer Wendy Finerman and Meg are currently casting the project and hope to begin shooting in New York this September.

At the Cannes Film Festival in France last year, Meg revealed she was trying to get financing for her directorial debut and was using the prestigious event to network with producers and get some publicity for her future movie project.

Meg's last movie was comedy drama Serious Moonlight and she is due to begin working on Lives of the Saints with Kat Dennings, John Lithgow and Curtis '50 Cent' Jackson this month.

Reese Witherspoon has revealed that she learnt a lot from her failed marriage to Ryan Phillippe.

The actress said she was 'ridiculously young' when she married her Cruel Intentions co-star two years after they met at her 21st birthday party in 1997.

The pair, who split in October of 2007, has two children, Ava and Deacon, both of whom were there when Witherspoon tied the knot with Jim Toth last weekend.

'I was so, so young. I learnt a lot though. It was an excellent opportunity for me to really find out what it means to be a partner and to be in a marriage and it's not anything that I thought it was,' the New York Daily News quoted her as telling UK Elle magazine.

Witherspoon said she realised a valuable lesson for her second marriage.

'You can't say, 'I don't want to talk about that'. You just can't. You've got to talk about it all,' she added.

The Dark Knight Rises, sequel to The Dark Knight starring Christian Bale as the Batman and Anne Hathaway as Catwoman, will head to Pittsburg for shooting.

Location scouts have decided on shooting in the Downtown part of the city, with Dawn Keezer from the Pittsburgh Film Office confirming the crew fell in love with the area.

Little is known about the storyline to the film, which also stars Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Tom Hardy -- and is due for release in summer 2012.

It was thought it would be the third and last time the Inception filmmaker would be working on a Batman movie, but Warner Bros president Jeff Robinov recently claimed he may return to reboot the franchise as a producer.

Todd Phillips had no trouble shooting The Hangover II because everyone slipped back into character so easily.

The director, who reunited original cast members Zach Galifianakis, Bradley Cooper and Ed Helms for the follow-up set in Bangkok, was surprised at how simple it was to film The Hangover II because everyone slipped back into character.

However the Due Date creator did have trouble working in the Thai capital because it is not so 'film-friendly'.
