Chances are you may have seen Dianna Agron on TV.
The pretty 24-year-old plays a cheerleader Quinn Fabray on the hit TV series Glee aired sometime back in India.
Now, she's all set for her latest movie, I Am Number Four, releasing this Friday.
Sonil Dedhia finds out more.
Tell us about your character in the movie.
It's always great to play new characters, and playing Sarah in I am Number Four was a complete joy. Sarah is completely different from Quinn. She is smart, confident, demanding and a little gutsy. She is interested in still photography. Both my roles in Glee and I am Number Four are set in high school.
Glee recently won a Golden Globe for Best Television Series (Comedy). How does it feel?
It feels great when your work is appreciated. Every actor dreams of winning a Golden Globe and I am no different. It was a moment of pride when our show was announced. I was in seventh heaven.
What was going through your mind when you went on stage to receive the award?
A lot! I was excited and nervous. I was watching my step, as I didn't want to trip.
D J Curaso, the director of I Am Number Four, has done some fantastic work in the past. Did you learn anything from him?
I was a little hesitant as the whole process of my audition happened so fast. I couldn't believe that I was a part of the film.
Otherwise, he is a fantastic person. We got along really well. He made me very comfortable and I learnt a lot from the way he thinks through a scene, the questions he asks and why he asks them. He very happily shared all of it with me. He was very encouraging. By the end of it, I was in awe of him.
How was it working with your co-star Alex Pettyfe?
He is very cool to work with. He is so focussed about his work. We had a blast during the filming. He always helps everyone to improvise. It is a pleasure to work with like-minded people.
Rumours say that you two are dating each other...
I would not like to comment on that.Have you seen any Bollywood films?
No, not really. But I have heard about it a lot. I have seen Slumdog Millionaire. I loved it.
Would you like to do a Bollywood film?
I don't know about Bollywood but I would love to explore India. India is a very vibrant country, full of colours and so rich with different cultures. I would love to explore all of them.
