Image: 50 Cent in Things Fall ApartCurtis James Jackson a.k.a. 50 Cent, who stars in a movie about a cancer-stricken footballer, is seen looking very gaunt in an unofficial trailer for the film, after he lost 54 pounds to play the role.

Charlie Sheen's ex fiancee Kelly Preston has spoken out in support of the actor amid his very public meltdown.
John Travolta's wife, who was briefly engaged to the Sheen 20 years ago, has described the Two And A Half Men star as a 'really great guy'.
It follows Sheen's increasingly destructive antics, including expletive-filled webcasts, which show him agitated, smoking cigarettes through his nose, spewing energetic rants.
The actor, who is in a polygamous relationship with a porn star and a former nanny, has also been accused of making violent threats against his ex wives Brooke Mueller and Denise Richards.
'My heart just goes out to him, and all of his family,' the Daily Mail quoted her as telling America's People magazine.
'He's such a good person underneath all of it, he really is.'
'I think there's a way back for anyone,' she adds.
'I always have hope, and my prayers are with him.'
In 1990, during the throes of their romance, Sheen shot the actress in the arm.
She had to receive stitches after the incident which he insisted was the result of his gun going off by mistake.
She called off the engagement soon after.
'We were together for a year, and he wasn't drinking, and he wasn't doing drugs,' she says of their time together.
'And there's a beautiful person in there. He really is a great man,' she added.
Charlie Sheen files $100 million lawsuit against Warner Bros

Charlie Sheen has reportedly filed a $100 million lawsuit against Warner Bros over his sacking from the hit US TV show Two and a Half Men.
The troubled actor was fired this week, leaving the future of the sitcom in doubt, reports the Telegraph.
The actor said he is taking legal action on behalf of himself, and the programme's crew, against the studio and executive producer Chuck Lorre.
Warner Bros had put the show on hiatus to allow Sheen time to seek therapy, then halted production after he made public rants about Lorre.
In terminating his contract the studio had claimed Sheen's 'conduct and condition prevented him from performing his essential duties' on the show, which is broadcast by CBS.
But in his 30-page lawsuit Sheen, the highest paid actor on US television, alleges that Warner Bros bowed to Lorre's desire to 'punish' him, and that the producer and studio conspired to blame him for causing production to stop.
In the lawsuit Sheen again attacks Lorre and accuses the producer of making him a 'scapegoat.'
Sheen also claims that he was fired while he was sick, a breach of employment law.
However, Warner Bros did not immediately comment on the lawsuit.
In another report it is known that the police have converged on Charlie Sheen's Los Angeles home in what has been said to be a pre-planned raid, even though the actor has denied it on Twitter.
According to TMZ.com, a source said the raid could be related to gun possession, drug offences, or even the police attempting to place Sheen, 45, on a psychiatric hold.
'We have confirmed cops are there because of a possible violation of the temporary restraining order obtained by Brooke Mueller, and we're told the violation involves weapons,' News.com.au quoted the source as saying.
Amidst the drama, Sheen tweeted: 'fastball: all good here on homefront. all reports are false. I'll explain more very soon. Dogspeed.'
But several gossip sites claimed they had confirmation of police presence.
'I can confirm police are there, but we're not releasing further details at the moment,' LAPD spokeswoman Norma Eisenman told People magazine.
