In sizzling scenes, the 24-year-old -- sporting a sleek black bob -- cavorts with the hunky male model on a rooftop overlooking the Los Angeles cityscape at night, reports the Daily Mail.
At first, the man is wearing a tuxedo. As the city lights twinkle below, he soon strips off and Megan is also seen naked wrapped in a black sheet showing just her back to the camera.
Towards the end of the clip, Fox appears topless wearing just a pair of skin-tight white Armani Jeans as she seductively leans across the back of the sofa.
The full version of the telly ad will air in the next few weeks.
Justin Bieber's lock of hair sells for $40K on eBay
A lock of Justin Bieber's hair has fetched more than $40,000 in an eBay auction.
The singer, who had been known to have luscious locks that cascaded across his forehead, famously opted for a shorter coiffure in last month.
He presented talk show host Ellen DeGeneres with a remnant of his signature hair when he appeared on her show last week, reports The Herald Sun.
DeGeneres put the gift up for sale with the proceeds benefiting animal rescue organisation, The Gentle Barn Foundation.
The hair fetched $ 40,668 on eBay.
Steven Spielberg buys rights to WikiLeaks book
Hollywood film mogul Steven Spielberg is reportedly planning to make a film about WikiLeaks.
According to the UK's Guardian newspaper, the filmmaker has bought the rights to the story of the WikiLeaks saga, reports the Herald Sun.
The Guardian was one of the five original media outlets used by WikiLeaks founder, Julian Assange, to publicise the tranche of thousands of classified US documents relating to the Iraq and Afghanistan wars, and diplomatic cables.
A book based on the story of the covert leaks and controversial figurehead Assange, has been published by The Guardian, and the rights to the book have now been purchased by Spielberg.
DreamWorks, the studio founded by Spielberg and others in 1994, will reportedly make the movie.
Third Bridget Jones book announced
A third Bridget Jones book has been announced by author Helen Fielding in London.
Rumours about the next Bridget Jones -- the much-loved antics of a hopelessly single 30-something woman living in London -- has been in overdrive for quite some time.
Finally, after 10 years since the last novel Bridget Jones: The Edge of Reason, Fielding has confirmed that she has started to write the sequel.
Fielding read the first three pages of the new diary to a rapt audience at swanky London hotspot, Shoreditch House yesterday.
The English novelist has confirmed that she's already in talks with film bosses.
'I will be working on both the book and the film but I don't know if they're the same thing yet. It's not been decided,' the Daily Telegraph quoted her as saying.
She also said that she loves the idea of visiting Bridget having a mid-30s baby crisis.

Actress Courteney Cox's bustier new look has sparked rumours that she has gone under the knife.

In an interview, Robert Pattinson has opened up about his relationship with rumoured girlfriend Kristen Stewart.
Even though Pattinson has yet to publicly admit he's dating Stewart, he offered plenty of praise for his Twilight Saga co-star in Vanity Fair's April issue.
'She's cool,' the New York Daily News quoted Pattinson as saying. 'Even before I knew her, I thought she was a really good actress. Like, I saw Into the Wild, and I thought she was really good in that. I still think there are very few girls in her class that are as good as she is.'
But Pattinson was much less effusive when asked whether there are similarities between his off-screen and on-screen love lives.
'Are you asking me if I'm really a vampire?' he responded, reportedly laughing.
'Yes. Um. No, not really,' he continued. 'It's pretty hard. It's just very traumatic,' he added.

Britney Spears has revealed her glamorous side in her latest photoshoot.
The singer looks stunning in the new issue of US fashion magazine V, reports the Daily Mail.
Fashion photographer Mario Testino took the sizzling shot.
The 29-year-old star posted up the picture on her official Twitter page, saying: 'I HEART Mario Testino and V Magazine. Mag comes out tomorrow.'
In the magazine, the star talks about her comeback with new album Femme Fatale.
