The Erin Brokovich star was the guest of honour at the San Sebastian International Film Festival and on the occasion her Eat Pray'Love co-star Javier Barden privileged her with the 'Donostia Award'.

The 42-year-old Oscar-winner was glad and overwhelmed to receive such an honour and conveyed the same to the audience in her speech.

'What a fortunate woman I''ve been in my life for a variety of reasons. If we were having dinner, I'd tell you all of them. But now, I'll just say thank you from the bottom of my heart. And thank you to San Sebastian, which is the most enthusiastic town,' the Daily Express quoted the Notting Hill star as saying.

The prestigious award has been previously received by the likes of Sir Ian McKellen, Robert De Niro, Meryl Streep and Roberts' Pretty Woman co-star Richard Gere.

Heroes actress Hayden Panettiere is set to play Amanda Knox, the American exchange student convicted of murdering her roommate in Italy, in a Lifetime movie.

The film will air in 2011 on the women's cable network, according to Deadline.

Knox, 23, and her Italian boyfriend Raffaele Sollecito, were found guilty last year of killing 21-year -old British student Meredith Kercher by slashing her throat with a knife during a violent, drug-fueled sex game, reports the New York Post.

Prosecutors called Knox a "coiled spring" filled with vengeance because her "prissy roommate" had criticized her grooming and sexual habits.

After an 11-month trial, Knox was convicted of murder, sexual assault and other charges in Italy and sentenced to 26 years in prison.

Mumbai yogi wants to cure Lindsay, Paris

A yogi based in Mumbai has claimed that he can cure Lindsay Lohan, Paris Hilton, and other Hollywood celebrities from addiction and other health issues, including terminal illnesses, without any drugs or fees.

Vir Balahara, who is reverently known as 'Virjee', is not your ordinary yogi. He retired as Director General of Income Tax of India. Atheist most of his earlier life, he found inner-light when he was around 40 and started exploring it further. After his about 23 years of self-exploration, he felt ready to take his mission and 'new awareness' globally to help the sick.

Balahara has studied health issues of Hollywood celebrities and says that he can treat drug-alcohol-smoking addictions, emotional and physical breakdowns, weight and diet related problems, ageing related complaints, etc.; and can help them achieve their anti-ageing and fitness goals. He does not charge any fees for his treatment as he believes in 'selfless action' advocated by ancient Sanskrit scripture Bhagavad-Gita.

'Virjee' has thrown an open invitation to Lohan, Hilton and other Hollywood celebrities to visit him in Mumbai and promises that they will return to Hollywood healthy and vibrant. Although his technique is complex, but in simpler terms it seems to be based around pranayam (exercising control over the process of breathing). He feels that some hidden force is leading him by holding his hand. At 63, Balahara runs about 15 kilometers a day and calls it "meditation par excellence" and claims that he has more 'strength, stamina, positivity and enthusiasm' now than he had when he was 40 when his inner journey began.

'It was mostly journey within', Balahara tells about his 'new awareness' experience. Although the exploration continues, but he feels that it is time now to bless others with the energy and transfer some of his light to them. His treatment changes the participant as a whole -- physically, mentally, and spiritually. Why is he focusing on Hollywood celebrities -- because they bring smile on the faces of the people worldwide, he wants to bring smile back on their faces.

According to Balahara, death (barring accidental cases) does not come until we give up and ask for it.

Michael Douglas attended Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps premiere despite undergoing cancer treatment.

Douglas is currently receiving chemotherapy and radiation treatment for throat cancer.

His highly-anticipated return as ruthless bank boss Gordon Gekko was unveiled at the New York screening on Monday.

Earlier his publicist insisted Douglas will make every effort to be there.

'That's the plan right now (to be at the premiere). But we're literally going day-to-day as to know how much he can do, he will make every effort to be there,' the Daily Star quoted Allen Burry as telling Popeater.com.
