Meet The Highest Paid TV Actors Of 2012
Two and a Half Men star Ashton Kutcher has been named the highest-paid man on television, according to Forbes.
The 34-year-old, who currently stars as Walden Schmidt on the hit comedy show, rules the annual list released by the magazine with an estimated $ 24 million he made between May 2011 and May 2012.
The former That '70s Show actor takes over the reign from his Men predecessor Charlie Sheen, who earned a whopping $40 million last year.
He lost the shot the CBS sitcom to Kutcher following a very public meltdown. His current outing on the small screen Anger Management is not part of the list.

Hugh Laurie
Hugh Laurie, who played pill-popping misanthrope Dr Gregory House on the hit medical drama House MD, was named the second highest paid actor with $18 million in earnings last year.
He earned the money during the final season of the show.
Ray Romano
New York-based actor Ray Romano and comedian tied with Laurie with $18 million in earnings.
The actor, who's had little success on television after Everybody Loves Raymond, has earned big from the syndication of the classic sitcom.
He also gets a hefty paycheck for his voiceover of Manny in the Ice Age films.
Alec Baldwin
Alec Baldwin, who plays the shrewd television executive on NBC's award-winning series 30 Rock, figures at number four with $15 million in earnings.
Mark Harmon
CBS hit show NCIS star Mark Harmon, who hasn't appeared in any movie projects since the show went on air, figures on the Forbes list with $15 million in earnings from last year.
Tim Allen
Home Improvement star Tim Allen earned $14 million from the show's syndication and from his voiceover job for the Toy Story series.
The actor's latest sitcom Last Man Standing just returned for its second season on ABC.
Jon Cryer
Ashton Kutcher's Two And A Half Men costar Jon Cryer takes home a cool $13 million for his role in the sitcom.
Cryer also won the 2012 Emmy award for the Best Actor In A Comedy Series for his role as the neurotic Alan Harper in the sitcom.
Patrick Dempsey
Patrick Dempsey, Dr McDreamy from the hit ABC medical drama Grey's Anatomy figures in the top ten list with $12 million in earnings.
He also starred in one of the biggest films of 2011 -- Transformers: Dark Of The Moon.
Jim Parsons
Jim Parsons, who plays the hugely popular and eccentric physicist Sheldon Cooper in Chuck Lorre's award-winning sitcom The Big Bang Theory, took home $8 million for his job on the show.
Johnny Galecki
Parsons' costar and roommate in The Big Bang Theory, Johnny Galecki earned $8 million from his acting job.
The actor is also set to appear in an indie film later this year.
