Bollywood stars are a fashionable lot. Sometimes, they look straight out of the fashion magazines but just that once in a while, they get it wrong. We decided to play fashion police, and take a closer look at how celebs stepped out last week.
Ameesha Patel is such a doll! Not because she does cutesy stuff (we wouldn't know about it) but because she's dressed like one at every single spotting. Take, for instance, these two pictures from last week.
Ms Patel attended Sanjay Dutt's bash for wifey Manyata's birthday in a short white dress teamed with a Chanel bag and the cutest pair of polka-dotted peep toes ever. Having said that, we'd also like to add that she's overdoing the small dress and you'll agree if you've kept track of her recent appearances.
Moving on, at a Blender's Pride event, Ameesha walked the ramp for Neeta Lulla and sported this dreamy red number from the designer's collection.
Like her outfits?
Neetu Chandra was present at the launch of a spa in Andheri and here's what she turned up in! While the look was a little boring upfront, Miss Chandra sure took us by surprise when she turned around.
What do you think? Hot or not?
Sonakshi Sinha was at the same venue as Neetu and was dressed in all black too. The look could have been boring but for the adorable nude pumps and tinge of colour on the nails.
You like?
While Brazillian beauty Giselli Monteiro was present at the Blender's Pride fashion show wearing a breezy Rina Dhaka dress. While we loved the dress, we're still wondering what went wrong with the shoes.
What do you think?
We saw this picture and fell in love with Neha Dhupia a bit. Who wouldn't? The lovely actress wore an Anand Kabra tribal print dress and paired it with orange tights for the preview of the Blender's Pride fashion tour.
Sigh!
Anushka Sharma is fast gaining a reputation as a very opinionated dresser. Well, not so much going by this recent appearance. The tall actress wore a lace flared jumpsuit for the unveiling of her FHM cover (In which she looks smoking hot, if we may add).
Lace, Flared pants and jumpsuits when thrown in together are a recipe for disaster, as the lovely Ms Sharma so clearly demonstrates.
Wouldn't you agree?
Also at the Blender's Pride Fashion tour preview was Malaika Arora Khan wearing a Mandira Wirk gown with ruffles and a thigh-high slit. While we totally dig the colour, we wonder if it's time for Ms Khan to experiment with other silhouttes and cuts.
That would be so much more fun, right?
Preeti Desai was at the Blender's preview too. And wearing a rather flambouyant shade of red from the designer she walked for. But it'd be better if she was not covered up like that.
Lighten up, will ya?
Southern actress Shriya Saran bowled us over with her version of red though. Her assymetrical dress did wonders to her figure. She too was at the Blender's Pride fashion tour.
