Fashion Police: Which star got it right?

Bollywood stars are a fashionable lot. Sometimes, they look straight out of the fashion magazines but just that once in a while, they get it wrong. We decided to play fashion police, and take a closer look at how celebs stepped out last week.

Starry nights

Kareena Kapoor walked the ramp for good friend Manish Malhotra at the recently concluded Lakme Fashion Week. While she basked in her natural loveliness, the dress itself evoked little emotion.

First off, the fit was anything but flattering. Notice how short and chubby Kareena's arms look in those sleeves? And what's with all that glitter?

Is the dress specially designed to be worn for item numbers?

Belle in black

The statuesque Deepika Padukone was clicked at the fashion week too but this one's from the red carpet.

The actress teamed a black tank top and a pair of shorts with nude pumps. A very safe and casual look. And those tattoos on her feet look good too!

Sheer appeal

Actress Sonal Chauhan walked the ramp for designer Rina Dhaka in a monochrome outfit that also consisted of a sheer skirt.

She looked cute and that's all there is to it. Nothing extraordinary to write home about. What do you think?

Choo fetish

Amrita Arora attended Neelam Kothari's jewellery store launch in this pretty pink dress and paired it up with these killer pair of Jimmy Choos.

Like the dress, LOVE the Choos!

Ms Just Right

Twinkle Khanna was at the store launch too. Loved her entire look. She does look a little jadded though.

Anarkali goes green

The regal-looking Chitrangada Singh was present at the fashion week in a green anarkali dress. While neck-up she looks pretty, wish her kameez was a better fit around the neck.

Guess you can't get it right all the time.

That way?

Tanisha walked the ramp for Payal Kothari in this sunshine-y dress as mum Tanuja and sister Kajol cheered on. And by the looks of it, Tanisha was having fun.

She looked fresh and feminine.

Lady Scarlett

Neha Dhupia is a scorcher. And we say this after witnessing her consecutive impeccable appearances. Take this one for instance.

She wore this edgy Victoria Beckham dress to the fashion week and paired it with just the right accessories.

Sari state

Vidya wore... what else but a Sabyasachi to one of the shows. While she looked pretty in them, it's time to get out before you burn out that look, we'd say.

Sari again

Shraddha Kapoor, surprised us by turning up at the fashion week in a sari. But it was pleasant.

Was it for you too?

Brown and ruffled

Raveena was at Neelam's store launch in a pretty basic attire. She could have jazzed it up a bit with some pearls.

Wouldn't that be nicer?

Lean on me

Prachi Desai flashed her pearlies as she walked the ramp for Neeta Lulla. The only thing that seems to be working here is Prachi's style.

Everything else is, well... so Neeta Lulla!

Velvet girl

Esha Deol walked the ramp too, in a red and teal lehenga by Shyamal and Bhumika. She might have looked good if her hair was styled differently.
