PIX: Ekta Kapoor's starry birthday bash

Ekta Kapoor, who turned 37 on Thursday, threw a birthday party at her residence in Juhu, a western Mumbai suburb, over the weekend.

Kangna Ranaut, who was seen in Ekta's production Once Upon A Time In Mumbaai and is working with her once again in Shootout At Wadala, came casually for the do.

It seemed to be a double celebration as Vidya Balan picked up the Best Actress award at the recently-concluded IIFA ceremony in Singapore, for Ekta's recent big hit, The Dirty Picture.

Ronit Roy, who will be seen in Shootout At Wadala, arrived with his wife Neelam Singh.

Neelam opted for a short black dress, as she arrived at the party sans husband Sameer Soni.

Preeti Jhangiani, who gave birth to a baby boy last year, arrived with husband Parvin Dabas.

The Dirty Picture director Milan Luthria arrived with his wife.

Luthria is getting ready to work with Ekta once again in Once Upon A Time In Mumbaai 2.

Shabbir Ahluwalia, who has worked with Ekta several times in serials and films, arrives with wife Kanchi Kaul.
