Bollywood reacts to National Awards

The list for the 58h National Award winners is out and Bollywood stars congratulated them whole-heartedly on twitter.

Sonakshi Sinha wished her Dabangg team; the film bagged the award for Wholesome Entertainment. 'Kamaal karte ho yaar! National award bhi andar! Team dabangg take a bow! And to all of u who got us this far - THANK YOU,' she tweeted.

Salman Khan's sister Arpita was also happy for Dabangg team. 'Dabangg won the National Award! So happy for the whole team,' she wrote.

Amrita Arora congratulated her brother-in-law Arbaaz Khan. 'DABANGG wins 'the national award for the best entertainer of the year'wow wow!!No1 deserves this more than @ arbaazSkhan than @arbaazSkhan my awsome bro in law,' she updated.

Raima Sen was happy for her Rituparno Ghosh starrer Memories in March that won the award for Best English Film. 'Audience reactions were overwhelming....perfect debut for riya;) feels grt to be a part of another ritu/tagore/period flick:) Yest double bonus..my film MEMORIES IN MARCH won best english film at d 58th national awards,' she wrote.

R Madhavan was happy for his friend Ananth Mahadevan. 'CONGRATS to Dear Dear Ananth Mahadevan for the 4 National Awards for "Mee Sindhu Tai. FANTASTIC Achievement. Soo Happy and Proud,' he tweeted.

Rana Daggubati was happy for Dhanush, who bagged the Best Actor award. 'Aadukalam the Tamil film won 6 National Awards today including Best Director, Actor, Original Screenplay, and Editing. Go Dhanush!!! I saw the film thrice. Loved it. Very happy for Dhanush, @taapsee and Vetri. Great film with well deserved rewards. Congrats @prakashraaj. Many many more to come. Lots of love,' he wrote.

Genelia D'Souza wished Prakash Raj and Dhanush on their win. ' Congratulations 2 @dhanushkraja 4 his national award,, soooo happy 4u buddy,, big big award 4sure.. Celebration time. Also congratulations 2 1 of my fav actors @prakashraaj 4his national award,, way 2go prakash,' she updated.

Sonam Kapoor and sister Rhea Kapoor have bid adieu to their luxurious trip to Cannes and are back in Mumbai.

'Ahhh the streets of mumbai.. no place like home,' Rhea tweeted. Sonam tweeted a picture of herself on her last day in Cannes (left).

Meanwhile, Hollywood actress Elizabeth Hurley is busy collecting Indian fabric for her next fashion collection. 'In Bombay, finishing work on sampling 2012 kaftans for my collection. All looking gorgeous. Best fabrics in India & best embroidery,' she wrote.

Damsel Minissha Lamba seems to be out of her distress. 'All izzzz well :)Thank u for all ur support. It really means a lot.. And the jokes as well.. They make me smile,' she updated.

IIFA calling!

It's official. Priyanka Chopra will be performing at IIFA ceremony in Toronto this year. 'So its official... I'm going to be performing at IIFA this year! I'm so looking forward to being back in Toronto!' she tweeted.

Double Dhamaal will be premiered at the event. 'DD is premiering at the IIFA in Toronto. It's a treat from the team of DD for all the guests at the IIFA... ENJOY,' Arshad Warsi wrote.
