Priyanka, Dharmendra among Phalke awardees

Priyanka Chopra was among the recipients of Dadasaheb Phalke Academy awards that took place at Bhaidas Hall in Ville Parle, a western suburb of Mumbai.

The actress recieved the award for her performance in Vishal Bharadwaj's 7 Khoon Maaf.

The Band Baaja Baraat duo-- Anushka Sharma and Ranveer Singh also recieved awards for their power-packed performances in the film.

While Anushka sizzled in a bright red sari, Ranveer looked dapper in a well-fitted suit.

Ranveer, Vikramaditya win Jeeyo Bollywood awards

It was perhaps Ranveer Singh's luckiest day since he bagged two awards in one day. The actor was also chosen by his fans for a Jeeyo Bollywood award, presented by UTV Movies and PVR Cinemas.

Director Vikramaditya Motwane won the award for the best directorial debut for his acclaimed film Udaan.  The awards were held at Taj Lands End, Bandra, a western suburb of Mumbai.
