The grapevine has it that Kunchacko Boban and Miya will be seen as a priest and a nun in director Vysakh’s Vishudhan. While Kamal’s Nadan with Jayaram in the lead,zooms in on the lives of theatre artistes.
Here is a closer look into the two new releases at the cinemas on November 22.

Vishudhan is said to be a rather sensitive story set in a Christian milieu, with Kunchacko Boban as Sunny and Miya as Sophy.
“It is about various phases within an individual, where he turns God, human and devil,” says Vysakh.
According to sources, the film originally planned to have Fahadh Faasil and Swati Reddy in the lead.
Vishudhan is being produced by Anto Joseph. Shehnad Jalal wields the camera while Gopi Sundar scores the music.

Cast: Jayaram, Remya Nambeesan
After Celluloid, that narrated the heart-wrenching story of the father of Malayalam cinema, J C Daniel, Kamal is now focusing on the lives of theatre artistes.
In Nadan, Jayaram plays Sargavedi Devadas, owner of a drama troupe for whom theatre means everything.
Nadan is being produced by Anil Ambalakkara. S Suresh Babu is the scriptwriter. Madhu Neelakantan is the cinematographer and Ouseppachan is the music director.
