Sameera Reddy was spotted at a press conference for her upcoming film, Red Alert.

In the film, Sameera plays a de-glam role: a simple girl village girl who is raped by police and later becomes a gun-toting Naxalite after Maoists save her.

Also spotted was Suniel Shetty, who plays the film's lead, a day laborer who finds himself in the midst of the Maoist movement.

Directed by Anant Mahadevan, the film also stars Ashish Vidhyarthi.

Also present at the event were Gulshan Grover and Bhagyashree.

Welcome Chennai International Fashion Week

Elsewhere in Mumbai, India's top fashion designers were invited for a Gitanjali Lifestyle press conference for the brand association with Chennai International Fashion Week.

Among many others, mother-daughter pair -- Nishka Lulla and Neeta Lulla were spotted, as was Masaba Gupta, daughter of West Indies cricket legend Vivian Richards and Indian actress Neena Gupta.
