Shah Rukh Khan bonds with Mamata Banerjee
Shah Rukh Khan bonded well with the Chief Minister of West Bengal Mamta Banerjee at the inauguration ceremony of the 17th Kolkata Film Festival.
'Awesome feeling of love in kolkatta...got to be in such august company...and mamta didi was so sweet...& the crowds at the airports,' he tweeted.
Anurag Kashyap reviews Rockstar
Anurag Kashyap loved Rockstar. The director found the film soul stirring and Imtiaz Ali's best work so far.
He tweeted: 'Rockstar is easily Imtiaz Ali's best. This is how a love story should be told. Soul stirring . Still assimilating. Rockstar is unlike most films.. no cacophony of sounds.. quiet.. no unnecessary background to propel it forward..Ranbir is just awesome. Rockstar is not so much about rock as it is an individuals story..its another kind of coming of age film.. just can't get it out of my head.'
Also, he pointed out that the film is based on famous story of Heer-Ranjha. 'Not a single review of Rockstar has caught on that its actually an adaptation of Heer Ranjha..not one,' he added.

The fifth season of Kaun Banega Crorepati has come to an end. Host Amitabh Bachchan finished shooting the last episode for the show last night.

Is Genelia banned from Tollywood?
There are reports of Genelia D'Souza of facing a ban by the Movie Artistes' Association (MAA) of Andhra Pradesh for being incorporative and not applying for the lifetime membership. But the actress says when she had signed up for the membership, she was promised that the association will cover all four industries.
