Here's what your favourite Hollywood stars have been up to.

Academy award-winning actress Cate Blanchett arrives for the UK premiere of Woody Allen-directed Blue Jasmine in Leicester Square in London on September 1.

The film tells the story of bored New York housewife, who embarks on a journey of self discovery after her marriage falls apart.

At the British premiere, Blanchett donned a black Givenchy space gown.

The musician recently revealed that his longtime friend Lady Gaga is not taking his calls.

He stated that they haven’t spoken in a long time, and he fears that the Poker Face hitmaker may be in trouble, Contactmusic reported.

The Rocket Man hitmaker told TheAustralian.com.au that he loves Gaga as she is the godmother to his children.

John said that he would like to be able to talk to the singer but he can’t get through to her.

Harrison Ford to receive lifetime achievement award

Veteran actor Harrison Ford will receive a lifetime achievement award at the Zurich Film Festival next month.

The Star Wars and Indiana Jones actor will be honoured for his hugely successful career in Hollywood at the annual film gala in Switzerland on October 4, reported Contactmusic.

'Harrison Ford has had one of the most remarkable careers of any actor in cinema, helping to propel two of the greatest movie franchises by bringing to life iconic roles that have become just as famous as the films themselves.

'Few actors have commanded the leading man role that Harrison Ford has embodied throughout his career, and continues to showcase in every new project,' said festival directors Karl Spoerri and Nadja Schildknecht in a statement.

I am very tough: Ben Affleck on Batman backlash

Argo star Ben Affleck had a fair idea that his casting as the caped crusader in the Man of Steel sequel might spark a controversy, but he remained indifferent because he calls himself a tough guy.

The 41-year-old actor, who replaced Christian Bale as Batman in the untitled Batman-Superman movie, received heavy criticisms after the casting news with fans even launching an online petition demanding Affleck's replacement, said the Hollywood Reporter.

'They called me up and said, 'Do you wanna do this?' And I thought, 'Well, I'm not 25, man. Are you sure about this?' Affleck said.

After the actor discussed the film with director Zack Snyder, he agreed to star as the new Bruce Wayne in the sequel.

However the executives had warned him about the criticisms to ensure he knew what was at stake.
