Box Office: Raanjhanaa, Shortcut Romeo

Last Friday saw three releases -- Raanjhanaa, Shortcut Romeo and Enemmy -- at the box office. While Raanjhanna opened slowly, it picked up over the weekend. Shortcut Romeo and Enemmy are disasters.

Trade analyst Vinod Mirani gives the box office verdict for the week.

Raanjhanaa

Cast: Dhanush, Sonam Kapoor, Abhay Deol

Director: Aanand L Rai

What works: Terrific performance by Dhanush, great music by A R Rahman.

What doesn't: Second half drags

BO verdict: Fared very well over the weekend.
