Bollywood congratulates the Bachchans

As soon as Amitabh Bachchan revealed the news of daughter in law Aishwarya Rai Bachchan's pregnancy, wishes started to pour out for the family.

Deepika Padukone too tweeted her wishes. '@juniorbachchan,Aishwarya, @SrBachchan,Jaya aunty and Aishwarya's parents...CONGRATULATIONS!!!lots of love...X' she updated.

Actress Priyanka Chopra was one of the first celebrities to wish. 'CONGRATS SIR @SrBachchan and @juniorbachchan...awesome news!! lets make way for the legacy to go forward...' she tweeted.

Abhishek Bachchan's friend Riteish Deshmukh was also happy to hear the news. '@SrBachchan Congratttttuuulationnnnnnssssssssssss- superrrrr superrrrrr happppppyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy,' he tweeted.

As for Amitabh Bachchan, he thanked everyone with this tweet. 'No words to express my gratitude to all those that wish us on the coming of a new born in the family .. I am humbled, honored, happy,' he wrote.

Priyanka Chopra is in LA and busy getting ready for IIFA. She tweeted: 'LA weather is awesomeness... prepping for IIFA too.. have a killer act up my sleeve..hehe..looking forward to meeting lots of u there..'
