This year has been quite eventful for Aishwarya Rai Bachchan.
The 38-year-old actress wowed everyone at the Cannes Film Festival, graced magazine covers in sensational outfits, was closely watched during her pregnancy whenever she stepped out, and then gave birth to her baby girl.

The actress took to the Oscar red carpet in a shimmery Armani Prive gown as she attended the Academy Awards with hubby Abhishek Bachchan in February.
Courting the French Riviera

Baby bash
The actress looked radiant in Indian finery during her godh bharai (baby shower) ceremony in October.
While hubby Abhishek never left her side, the mum was showered with gifts and blessings.
Festive fervour
A heavily-pregnant Ash made appearances for poojas and jagrans along with the Bachchans during the holy period of Navratras this year.
She took special care to hide her baby bump.
