Anupam Kher partied with Hollywood's A-listers at a pre-Oscar nomination bash, hosted by brothers Bob and Harvey Weinstein, over the weekend.
Kher's film Silver Linings Playbook had been nominated for eight awards, though it picked up only one -- Best Actress for Jennifer Lawrence.
Incidentally, it was reported that Kher could not attend the Oscar ceremony itself, as he didn't have a ticket.
But the pre-Oscar bash seemed to make up for that, as Kher mingled with top stars like Leonardo DiCaprio.

Kher strikes a pose next to director Quentin Tarantino, who picked up an Oscar for the Best Original Screenplay for his film Django Unchained.

The actor was also met Suraj Sharma, the protagonist of Ang Lee's Life Of Pi, which won four Oscars.
Anupam, who had worked with Ang Lee in Lust, Caution, tweeted, "Congratulations to the entire team of Life Of Pi and to the Genius called Ang Lee. Proud to have worked with him.:)"
Next, Anupam Kher posed with Indian carnatic singer Bombay Jayashri, who was nominated in the Best Original Song category for her track Pi Lullaby from the Life Of Pi.
She lost out to British singer Adele, who won for her title song in Skyfall.
