Pinjar is a must-watch

Urmila MatondkarIt is very easy to say that something is good or bad. But a real critic is one who strikes a balance.

There is no doubt that Dr Chandraprakash Dwivedi's Pinjar is marvellous in its understanding of the situations in the Partition era. The pain, emotion, feelings and the acting by the artistes are fantastic and commendable.

This is the first time that a story on this subject has been narrated with such fluent and expressive direction, illuminated with songs and dialogues.

Don't miss!

Pinjar: Of love lost and found

Dr Dwivedi's skill at direction is worth a watch. We hope we will see more fantastic filmss from him.

I recommend Pinjar as a must-watch film.
