Varun, Shraddha have lucky escape from fire on ABCD 2 sets

The sets of Remo D'Souza's film ABCD 2 recently caught fire, and its cast -- Varun Dhawan, Shraddha Kapoor and Lauren Gottlieb -- had a lucky escape.

Varun Dhawan tweeted: There was a fire and our set got burnt down. We safely evacuated 600 people.
 
Lauren Gottlieb added: 'Yesterday there was a fire on set w/ 600 people rushing to safety. Everyone's ok, thank god. Today we are back! WE WONT STOP DANCING!'
 
The film, which also stars Allu Arjun and Prabhu Dheva, will release on June 19.

Actress-turned-politician Hema Malini is currently in Delhi for the Budget session of Parliament.
 
'In Delhi now attending the Budget session of Parliament. Hope everythg goes well & there is no unnecessary adjournment during this session,' she tweeted.

Rishi Kapoor, who worked with Manmohan Desai on films like Coolie, Naseeb and Amar Akbar Anthony, remembered him on his 78th birth anniversary on February 26.

R Madhavan, who is shooting for Tanu Weds Manu Returns in London, shared a picture with director Anand L Rai and co-star Deepak Dobriyal (above) and tweeted: '4 married Men...happily in London. TWM Returns. Only Anands wife is in london with us. His expression says it all.'  
 
The film will also feature Kangana Ranaut, Jimmy Shergill, Swara Bhaskar, and Dhanush.
