Tina and Hussain dazzled audiences with their dancing abilities in Star One's television show Nach Baliye 2. No wonder, they won the dance competition by a large margin.
When Tina chatted with Rediff Readers on December 27, people were clearly bowled most by their blindfolded performance in one of the dance rounds.
For those who missed the chat, here's what she said:

Tina answers, Thank you for your wishes. Even my favourite performance was Baho Ke Darmyan. Zinda I didn't enjoy doing it as it was too much of pain and agony to emote being a non-actor.
mohtaanil asked, are you going to act in TV serials or you want to be away and accept only good roles in films
Tina answers, I would not mind acting in tv serials as long as something great and exciting as Nach Baliye comes across.

Tina answers, Yes I agree Hussain is the hearththrob. But for me he is my husband and it's always a pleasure dancing with him. And, I have known him before he became the hearth throb of so many :)

Tina answers, Thank You for your liking our performance. It was the toughest performance. It is difficult to walk few steps blind folded. Imagine doing an entire two minute dance. It was scarry but like you need to know our real life chemistry mantra. It is about knowing and loving unconditionally.

Tina answers, Everyone. Our competition was very healthy and everyone proved to be tough. We were lucky enough to get choreographers like Harshal and Vithal.

Tina answers, Frankly, even today I believe we were not as popular as Hiten and Gauri. Me being a non-actor, people obviously didn't know me but I would just like to thank each and every person who has loved us.

Tina answers, The feeling hasn't sunk in yet. And I get kind of embarassed when people walk upto me and talk. Don't know what we have done to deserve so much love and appreciation.

Tina answers, Yes, we did face a lot of parental pressure but my parents always knew that Hussain is a gem. So finally, after 9 years our love won. yuppie :)

Tina answers, Both of us love to dance but this time participating in Nach Baliye 2 was at insistence of my hubby.
chan asked, hi, whether Harshal and Vithal had choreographed any bollywood movie, bcoz they are the best choreographers and you both are lucky to have them, what is your opinion?
Tina answers, Yes, Harshal and Vithal have choreographed a few movies. For example, Naach by Ram Gopal Varma and they have done a lot of stage shows with A R Rahman.
niki asked, sincerly how long & how much did u need to practice for these performances.. i need to know.. u ppl have inspired me to learn dance..
Tina answers, I had to work doubly hard as compared to Hussain as he was already a good dancer. I have never done choreographed dance in my life. I needed to rehearse about 6-8 hours daily.
chinnu asked, How is your life after post nach bhelya? Any major changes?
Tina answers, Not got the time to really think about or mull over anything. Life is back to routine. In fact, now we miss rehearsals.

Tina answers, If I had to decide I think I would just blow it all up. So very wisely, I have given Hussain the charge and I am sure, he will invest it wisely.

Tina answers, Hussain and me always took criticism in the right spirit and tried our best to work on it and never give them a chance to say that we were bad at the same thing.

Tina answers, Thank you. Our inspiration for trying to win was only for our choreographers, Harshal and Vithal. We would not feel bad for ourselves had we lost as much we would for them.

Tina answers, Hey thanks for considering me to be a good dancer. But the truth is the choreographers had to work really hard on trying to get me to learn the steps. No, I am not a trained dancer. Just that I don't have two left feet.

Tina answers, It was a love marriage. Initially though we had parental pressures but we always told our parents we would never get married without their blessings. So you can call it love cum arrange :)

Tina answers, I can't change your opinion but you need to answer me whether you thought we deserved to win or not.

Tina answers, Personally, even I feel that Bakhtiyar-Tanaz and Manav-Shweta were great but it was not only due to audience votes but also the competition had reached a stage where a single mistake would get you eliminated.
