'These pictures are for myself'

'I didn't post the pictures thinking they would be like an encore.'

Krishna Shroff gets bold...again.

Jackie and Ayesha Shroff’s feisty daughter Krishna has created yet another flutter on social media after she uploaded a couple of bold photographs.

She had posted some provocative pictures a month ago.

But Krishna says she is not doing this for attention.

"Those pictures aren't meant to prove anything to anyone... They never were. They're for myself," she explains.

She cannot understand why a fuss is being made over pictures that are put up in her private space.

“My Instagram page is my personal account to express myself. Like I've always said, I love artistic moody photographs, and that's what it is,” she says.

Revealing how the pictures happened, Krishna explains, "My best friend and I were just experimenting with the camera."

Krishna loves the attention, of course.

"I didn't post them thinking it would be like an encore," she says with a laugh. "In fact, I thought people would be over it by now. I guess I'm just super-interesting to a lot of people, and I'm okay with that!"

She has no plans for Bollywood at the moment.

"People automatically assume every 'star kid' wants to be in front of the camera. I don't blame them considering that that has been the norm for generations," she says.

"If people assume I’m trying to get producers’ attention, I can't even begin to express how far away from the truth that is. When it comes to me, I make and break my own rules. I love my privacy and being able to live my life the way I want to," she signs off.
