First Look: Prabhas in Lawrence's Rebel

After a hugely successful Kanchana (Muni 2), choreographer-director Raghava Lawrence's next project is Rebel starring Prabhas, Tamannaah Bhatia and Deeksha Seth. The versatile Lawrence is also composing the music for Rebel after S S Thaman, who was originally supposed to compose the music, stepped out of the film. Rebel is produced by J Bhagawan and J Pulla Rao.
Rebel is Prabhas's first release this year and it's the first time the hero is getting together with Lawrence. It's also touted to be the highest budget film in Prabhas's career so far.
Anushka Shetty was the original choice for the leading lady but she opted out and Tamannah was roped in.
The film has a host of actors: Brahmanandam, M S Narayana, J P Reddy, Pradeep Rawat, Sayaji Shinde, Kelly Dorji, Mukesh Rishi, Jeeva, Supreet, and Kovai Sarala.
The technical crew includes Marthand K Venkatesh (editor), Ram Prasad (cinematographer), Ram-Laxman (fights), Prakash (art director).
Rebel is slated to release in the third week of September.
