Ileana D'Souza

Ileana made news for all the right reasons when she starred opposite Ranbir Kapoor in Barfi!.
A disappointing turn in the form of Phata Poster Nikhla Hero notwithstanding, Ileana has a lot to look forward to in weeks to come.

Tamannaah is performing quite the balancing act between Bollywood and south cinema.
She will be seen next in Sajid Khan’s Humshakals, co-starring Saif Ali Khan, Bipasha Basu and a host of other actors, and Its Entertainment, with Akshay Kumar.
Tamannaah will also be seen in a couple of Telugu films this year.
Films: Gang Of Ghosts, 1920: London
Yet another Delhi girl, Meera Chopra also chose to build her career down south first.
Now, with quite a few Tamil, Telugu and Kannada films to her credit, Meera has cast her eyes on Bollywood, and will make her debut with Gang of Ghosts.
She will also be seen in Vikram Bhatt's 1920 London.
Not many know that she is Priyanka Chopra’s cousin.
Films: Welcome Back, Gabbar
Though reasonably successful in the south, Shruti Haasan started on the wrong foot with Luck, and went almost unnoticed in Dil Toh Baccha Hai Ji.
Recognition came her way with Ramaiya Vastavaiya and D-Day and now, she will be seen in big productions like Welcome Back, co-starring Nana Patekar, Anil Kapoor and John Abraham, and Gabbar, co-starring Salman Khan, Akshay Kumar and Kareena Kapoor Khan.
Film: Heropanti
Kriti was supposed to make her debut in Bollywood first but some reshuffling of dates changed her plans, and she made her big screen debut with a Telugu film instead. It was the Mahesh Babu-starrer hit 1 - Nenokkadine.
Kriti will be seen in her first Hindi film later this year in Sajid Nadiadwala's Heropanti, a film that will launch Jackie Shroff’s son Tiger.
Films: Running Shaadi.com
After tasting success with Chashme Badoor, one may have expected Delhi girl Taapsee Pannu to relocate to Mumbai. But the actress prefers to shuttle between Mumbai, Chennai and Hyderabad.
Her next Hindi film is Running Shaadi.com, co-starring Kai Po Che actor Amit Sadh.
Films: All Is Well, No Entry Mein Entry
One of the most successful south actresses in Bollywood, Asin joined the Rs 100 crore club early in her career.
Then, she decided to change her strategy.
She took a break for two years after her last film Khiladi 786 tanked. She stayed away from south films at this time as well.
This year, she will be seen in Umesh OMG - Oh My God Shukla's All Is Well with Abhishek Bachchan.
She also has Anees Bazme’s No Entry Mein Entry lined up.
Film: Samrat and Co
Madalasa Sharma’s name may not ring a bell.
After all, she made her Bollywood debut with the ill-fated Angel, which was promoted as the launch-pad of Sanjay Dutt's nephew Nilesh Sahay.
Even though the film was a disaster, Madalasa did get noticed.
Now, she has bagged a film with the Barjatyas, and will be seen in Rajshri's Samrat and Co, opposite Rajeev Khandelwal.
