Known for his quirky sense of humour, filmmaker Ram Gopal Varma has watched Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone starrer Chennai Express five times already, and then tweeted his views.

‘Jst walked out of fifth viewing of Chennai express n I wan2 touch Rohit shettys feet..not since sex did I have more fun than chennai express. If sm of u dint like chennai in 1st viewing my advise is to watch it 4,5 times nt bcos its slow poison bt bcos its slow moving fast poison,’ the 51-year-old filmmaker tweeted.

Taking a jibe at Rohit Shetty, he added: ‘Most boring film I saw is Citizen kane nd mst entertaining is Chennai express.Orson welles shud cme bk frm dead2 touch Rohit shettys feet.’

‘Comparison mt seem odd cos of genre diff bt as common man I felt the same high in excitement in C E as in wht I felt in Titanic nd Avataar,’ he signed off.

Mallika Sherawat gets ready for television

Mallika Sherawat, who has been missing from the filmi circuit these days, will soon be seen on the small screen with her reality show The Bachelorette - Mere Khayalon Ki Mallika.

The 36-year-old actor, who is currently in Udaipur shooting for the show, shared a picture from the sets and tweeted: ‘Lost in thought, #bacheloretteindia.’ 

Based on American competitive reality dating game show The Bachelorette, the Indian version will be hosted by TV actor Rohit Roy.

Anil Kapoor and Nana Patekar recently shot for the promo of their upcoming movie Welcome Back. The film is a sequel to 2007 comedy Welcome.

Anil shared a picture of them together and tweeted: ‘Really happy to work with Nana after 5 years, shooting for a promo of Welcome Back. Excited to play Majnu Bhai again.’

Meanwhile, his sister-in-law Sridevi praised his upcoming TV show 24 and tweeted: ‘24 looks amazing-very stylish-will take Indian TV shows to another level.’

Manisha Koirala, who has successfully recovered from ovarian cancer, is all set to resume work.
