Bollywood stars celebrated the Janmashtami festival with their fans at various pandals across Mumbai. We take a look:
Varun Dhawan was spotted in Worli, Mumbai. 'Thank you Mumbai love you and Happy Janmashtami to everyone,' he tweeted with a picture (above).
Meanwhile, he recently wrapped up the shooting for his upcoming film Badlapur. 'Badlapur will release in 2015 official date announcement in a couple of days. memories forever,' he added.

Parineeti Chopra was humbled to see her fans gathered at a pandal in the city. 'More than 5000 people!!!! This is just half the crowd i wasnt able to fit everybody in. My god how humbling!!,' she tweeted with a picture (above).
'Ok that was supposed to be 50,000. Brain freeze :p,' she added.
Sri Lankan beauty Jacqueline Fernandez, who recently finished shooting for Bangistan in Poland, returned to Mumbai to take part in the celebrations.

Richa Chadda and Nikhil Dwivedi, who will be seen in Tamanchey were spotted at a pandal in Kalyan, on the outskirts of Mumbai.
Nikhil Dwivedi shared a picture of them together and tweeted: 'Overwhelmed!! Thank you Kalyan for the Love!'

Neha Dhupia celebrated the festival in Pune.

Television actress Divyanka Tripathi celebrated the festival in Peeprigaon, Pune. She shared a picture of her with Grand Masti actress Kainaat Arora and tweeted: '#Selfie me n @kainaatarora #Dahihandi #AmazingCrowd.'
