The Maharashtrian New Year Gudi Padwa was celebrated with much fanfare at Mumbai's J W Marriott hotel by the ETV Marathi television channel.

Several Maharashtrian actors arrived at the do.

Shreyas Talpade, whose Marathi film Poster Boyz is up for release this year, arrives with wife Deepti.
