The success of Slumdog Millionaire has far-reaching for its cast, especially the children who play young Jamal, Salim and Latika.

The latest to ride the Slumdog wave is Ayush Mahesh Khedekar [he played young Jamal in the film] when he walked the red carpet at the 62nd Cannes Film Festival.
