Alia Bhatt's father Mahesh Bhatt, who recently watched her new film 2 States ahead of its release on April 18, heaped praises on her costar Arjun Kapoor.

'Karan Johar should be very proud. He has an eye for talent. He gifts the nation with an outstanding writer/ director, Abhishek Verman,' he added.
Based on Chetan Bhagat's novel of the same name, the film also stars Ronit Roy, Amrita Singh, Shiv Kumar Subramaniam, Revathy, Sharang Natarajan, and Ankit Chitral.

Shah Rukh Khan was recently appointed the goodwill ambassador for South Korea.
The 48-year-old actor was presented with the letter of appointment at an event held in Delhi.
'Honoured and humbled by the wonderful function by the Korean Embassy. Awesome dinner & slept post that like there is no tomorrow,' he added with a picture with Joon-Gyu Lee, the ambassador of the Republic of Korea.
