Guess who takes up the top spot!

The annual list featuring the highest paid celebrities by Forbes magazine is out.

While several big names from Hollywood have found a place in the list, two Bollywood superstars have also managed to grab a spot in the world's 100 highest-paid celebrities listing.

Taylor Swift

Taylor Swift rules the list after raking in a whopping $170 million last year, courtesy her world tour for the 1898 album.

 

One Direction

Popular boy band One Direction takes the second spot with $110 million earnings in the last year.

 

Adele

The 28-year-old singer and songwriter is the ninth highest paid celebrity in the world.

Adele earned $80.5 million last year.

 

Madonna

Grabbing the 12th spot on the list is pop diva Madonna with earning of $76.5 million.

 

Rihanna

Rihanna takes up the 13th spot, with earnings of $75 million.

 

Dwayne Johnson

Priyanka Chopra's Baywatch co-star is on the list at number 19.

The actor minted $64.5 million last year.

 

Calvin Harris

Taylor Swift's ex-flame --  Scottish DJ, record producer, singer, songwriter and remixer Calvin Harris -- makes it to the list at number 21 with $63 million in earnings last year.

 

Jackie Chan

With $61 million in earning, actor-director-producer Jackie Chan 23rd on the list.

 

Justin Bieber

Canadian singer-songwriter Justin Bieber is the 26th highest paid celebrity in the world.

Last year, the 22-year-old grossed $56 million with help of his comeback album Purpose.

 

Matt Damon

The Martian actor grabs the 30th spot on the list with $56 million in earnings last year.

 

Shah Rukh Khan

Also on the list is our very own King Khan. He is the 86th highest paid celebrity in the world with $33 million in earnings last year.

Forbes said Shah Rukh Khan 'continues to rule Bollywood's box office' with lead roles in hit films and also earns multi-million dollars upfront fees and a cut of the back end for his efforts.

'He also cashes in on endorsement deals for dozens of brands most Americans have likely never heard of,' Forbes said.

Akshay Kumar

Akshay Kumar finds a mention in the list as well on the 94th spot with $ 31.5 million in earnings. 

The actor slipped in ranks this year from 76th in 2015. Forbes said he was one of Bollywood's busiest leading men and banked top rupee for three hit films.

Interestingly, Akshay shares the 94th spot on the list with Brad Pitt.
