As a kid, Sarayu Rao wanted to act with Tom Cruise, Meryl Streep and Robert Redford.
And guess what? She got her wish!
The Madison-born actress has a small role in the political drama, Lions For Lambs starringĀ Robert Redford, Cruise and Meryl Streep.
She plays an assistant to Cruise, who plays a US senator. And she also has some lines with the actor and Streep.
Rao, who started off with musicals at Madison West High School (her first foray into acting was at age 15 in a school production of Pippin), where she finished her graduation, has worked with numerous film and television actors.
She has a master of fine arts in acting from the American Conservatory Theatre, San Francisco under her belt as well.
Earlier this year, she appeared as a guest appearance on the CBS comedy The Big Bang Theory.
