Ranveer begins his World Cup journey

Ranveer Singh has started work on his next big release, '83, and he shared pictures on Instagram.

The actor will play Kapil Dev, who led the Indian cricket team to its first historic World Cup win. Perfect timing then, as the world gets ready for the 2019 World Cup on May 30.

A few days ago, Ranveer posted pictures of his meeting with the 'Haryana Hurricane' Kapil Dev, and their sessions together to help him get into character.

Now, he's posted a picture of the entire team.

So, there's Harrdy Sandhu (Madan Lal), Saqib Saleem (Mohinder Amarnath), Tahir Raj Bhasin (Sunil Gavaskar), Ammy Virk (Balwinder Sandhu), Jiiva (Krishnamachari Srikkanth) and Sahil Khattar (Syed Kirmani).

The film will be directed by Kabir Khan.
