Bollywood dancers have been invited by the Queen to perform at the Buckingham Palace.

Nutkhut company dancers will swirl in the Ballroom with Bollywood Steps, involving seven costume changes during the fifteen-minute long routine.

'Bollywood Steps is me growing up in England being a British Asian,' Times Online quoted Simmy Gupta, the choreographer and co-founder of Nutkhut, as saying.

'It is influenced by Bollywood films and Hollywood films. It goes from my classically trained background to contemporary hip-hop. It is up to date, really sexy and hot,' she added.

Nearly 300 guests are expected to witness the performance, including actors Meera Syal, Sanjeev Bhaskar and England cricketer Monty Panasar.
