A $45 million lawsuit against Gangs Of New York star Leonardo DiCaprio has been dismissed by a New York judge.
The suit targeted Leo and two others for their alleged roles in a fight over actress Elizabeth Berkley.
Singer-songwriter Roger Wilson claimed that Leo encouraged his pals to attack him outside a Manhattan restaurant on May 4, 1998.
Wilson alleged that Leo told his friends to 'go kick his ***' when the singer confronted the actor and his group about phone calls to Berkley, his then girlfriend.
In a statement, issued by his publicist, Leo said he is 'grateful that the judicial system has finally resolved this case in a fair and just manner.'
