Honouring the Legends of India

Sarangi maestro Ustad Sabri Khan and theatre personality Zohra Sehgal were conferred the 'Legends of India' lifetime achievement awards at the fifth DMA Music Festival in New Delhi last night.

Information and Broadcasting Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad presented the awards.

Renowned vocalist Parveen Sultana, flute maestro Pandit Hariprasad Chaurasia, sitar player Prateek Choudhury, drums wizard Sivamani, musician Louis Banks, and violin legend Dr L Subramanium performed at the three-day event.
