Keira Knightley and her Klaxons’ keyboard player fiance James Righton have tied the knot in a very low-key and fuss-free wedding in France.
The British actress, who’s worth over 30 million pounds, exchanged vows in a local town hall in Mazan, near Marseilles in France, before driving away in a battered, silver Renault Clio, the Mirror reported.
The Atonement star and Righton had just 11 of their close family and friends there to witness the ritual.
Earlier in the month of May she had said that the pair was not big believers in big wedding, as they don’t need to have all that.
Knightley, 28, looked very low-maintenance in a tulle strapless corset dress, pink ballet flats and flowers in her messy hair.
The Chanel model and Karl Lagerfeld muse completed the look with a white Chanel jacket, while the Indie rock band’s keyboard player wore a navy suit and pale blue tie.
The newly married couple will now celebrate with 50 guests, including Knightley’s The Edge of Love co-star Sienna Miller, at her 3 million pound farmhouse in Provence.
