The hottest red carpet styles from the recently concluded Oscar Academy awards!

The 87th Academy awards featured a lot of highs -- Birdman winning big, and Best Supporting Actress win for Boyhood's Patricia Arquette -- as well as a few lows, Neil Patrick Harris's hosting stint being the biggest of them all.

Hollywood divas brought their own share of glamour and drama to the red carpet too.

Take a look at the most fashionable appearances from the show!

Jennifer Lopez surprisingly ditched gowns with thigh-high slits for an ethereal tulle-ed Elli Saab number for the red carpet.

If it's any consolation, it had a plunging neckline.

Birdman actress Naomi Watts may have not been nominated in the Best Supporting Actress category but she brought her A-game to the red carpet in a striking beaded Armani Prive number.

Fifty Shades of Grey actress Dakota Johnson, who was seen escorting her actress mum Melanie Griffith all through the ceremony, turned up the heat in a Saint Laurent gown that featured a jewelled strap and slits.

One of the star performers of the night, singer Rita Ora's deep blue off-shouldered gown and its train were all kinds of dreamy.

Rashida Jones, well known to always favour big, floral prints, didn't disappoint.
