CBS is gearing up for battle!
Remember the infamous 'wardrobe malfunction' incident, wherein Justin Timberlake ripped off part of Janet Jackson's outfit in February?
Reports suggest that the Federal Communications Commission is planning to fine 20 CBS-owned stations for the SuperBowl telecast goofup. The penalty: a heavy $550,000.
CBS, however, will contest any federal fines levied against it, says People magazine.
The magazine quotes the network chief, Leslie Moonves, as saying: "We are going to take it up to the courts if that happens."
