First Look: Dileep and Joshiy team up in Avatharam

Popular hero Dileep will play a villager who comes to Kochi in director Joshiy’s forthcoming film, Avatharam.

“It’s the journey of a commoner and it has some thrills in store,” says Dileep, about his role in Avatharam.

Scenarists Siby K Thomas and Udayakrishna are producers of the film, which has been scripted by Vyasan Edavanakkad.

Lakshmi Menon of Kumki fame is the heroine. She plays a government employee. The hero meets her during one of his visits to an office.

Dileep’s last release, Ezhu Sundara Rathrikal was a dud. He has a film coming up soon, Ring Master.

Joshiy’s latest release, Salaam Kashmir, was also a major disappointment.

The shooting of Avatharam is currently underway in Kochi.
